MHouse - VibroLab / FastLab
VibroLab
MHouse's software module for vibration analysis and monitoring
Delphin breaks tradition by bringing together vibration and process monitoring. TopMessage's modular design means you choose only what is relevant for your needs.
VibroLab overview
- visualization of vibration signals measured via module AMDT/V
- network compatible signal analysis via time domain signal graphs, FFT/spectrum graphs, orbit graphs, and waterfall/cascade graphs
- many additional functions such as autoscaling, zoom and cursor functions, logarithm axis, coordinates transformation
- measurement entity/channel group management, online/offline operation, storage and print functions
Online/Offline evaluation
Because the system utilizes a database, there are no restrictions regarding being online or offline. Switching from current to historical data is possible by just clicking the mouse. Other features include database recording, start/stop and snapshot functions. Hard disc capacity is the only restriction on database size.
Event recording - facts not guesses
If limit values are exceeded or a shutdown occurs, measurement data is recorded at the highest resolution with pre and post history. The data is then automatically transmitted to a PC for evaluation. This means an end to guessing games when looking for the origins of problems.
FFT/Spectrum graphs
Multi-channel representation in one chart.
Spectrum lines or envelope display.
Linear/logarithm display mode.
Optional rotational information.
Orbit graphs
For "Turbosets' Shaft Vibration" (2 sensors with 90° phase offset and key phaser), vibration displacement evaluation (VDI 2059), shaft centre line error evaluation, adjustable phase offset for each sensor.
Waterfall /cascade graph
3D-Trend representation for frequency spectrums.
Rotational through 2 axis by mouse clicking.
Detailed analysis through combined 2D/3D representation.
Time domain signal graph
Multi-channel representation in one graph.
Evaluation to microsecond accuracy.
Intelligent triggering.
Relative/absolute time stamping.
Utilities/Cursor functions
Autoscaling, pause, cursor functions, zoom/unzoom, slide, expand/compress, colour palette for each channel.
Export function
ASCII export via clipboard or file system (e.g. to Excel). Formatting can be configured.
Print function
Graphs can be printed. Driver available for Windows standard printer.
