ProfiSignal 2.0 - Vibration measurement for bearings, shafts and machinery
It is essential in the monitoring of plant and machinery to be able to analyse and document total and partial vibrations of bearings and shafts.
By using the newest developments in industrial measurement technology from Delphin Technology AG, vibration measurement data from bearings, shafts, machinery and plant can now be acquired and processed with even greater professionalism. ProfiSignal 2.0, in combination with Message devices, transforms the efficiency of test benches, experimental set-ups and entire process chains.

Of particular benefit are the synchronous and parallel vibration signal acquisition functions, the determining of characteristic values and their monitoring and evaluation using a range of diagrams (trend, time signal, orbit, FFT, XY etc.).
The new alarm module provides early fault notification via text messaging, email or fax. These are stored in a database and can then be viewed in table format at a PC.
Shaft vibration monitoring in gas turbines, bearing vibration analysis in compressors and drives, shaft vibration analysis in hydroelectric turbines or machine vibration monitoring in rolling mills - the areas of application are both diverse and demanding. Bearing vibration diagnosis (envelope analysis) is also a typical application.
