A remote monitoring capability of plant and machinery is becoming increasingly important. Delphin products enable the acquisition and recording of measurement data. Remote access can then take place via modem, internet or GSM. In the event of any malfunctioning, warnings can be transmitted to service personnel via SMS or email. A major benefit is an ability to obtain long-term information on the condition of plant and machinery.
Measurement data is therefore regularly acquired and evaluated. In this way any changes or anomalies occurring are quickly detected.

Delphin has already realised many remote monitoring and remote diagnosis systems. A major example is a worldwide monitoring system of gas turbines. A further example is a system monitoring the vibrations of compressors. FFT analyses can be generated, stored and monitored using the TopMessage AMDT module.

Delphin's impressive product range, from its Message hardware devices through to its analysis software, are able to function independently from PCs.

Delphin software can communicate with measurement systems from a distance using modem/internet. Data stored in the Message devices can then be accessed and transmitted regularly. Data transfer can be configured to take place at fixed time intervals.

Alarm systems can be activated when limits are exceeded. Message devices are equipped with functions which can, for example, monitor analog inputs for a limit violation. Alarms can be made in the form of an SMS, email, fax or via a message device's digital output. Altogether, this provides an extremely secure fault indication system.

The MHouse module Basic package, provides easy to operate analysis software. It can acquire measurement data online at the same time as processing offline historical data. Data acquired can be evaluated using a range of analysis functions, diagrams and charts.
